I stated adequately re appointments - this is due to patient numbers and not the staff of the Barn Surgery! All Doctors and Staff are amazing considering what they have to do and put up with.

Having reviewed patient feedback we have installed a second telephone line and extended staff hours to increase our answering capacity in the busy morning period. We have also extended our on line booking facility.

From initially visiting the surgery with a problem back in July, the doctors have been brilliant in recognising the treatment I needed. Some 3 months later, several appointments, referrals, tests, I feel the treatment I have received has been first class, both at the surgery and Worthing hospital. Thank you!

Friendly, efficient clinic, they seem very involved in the practice and are extremely helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I work in London and it is difficult to get an appointment for me and to find time for appointments. The early phone-in for appointments is of genuine benefit and a great aspect of The Barn Surgery.

Please be aware you are also able to book appointments on line from 8 am. You will need a personal log in, which you can request at reception. The afternoon appointments, including the late ones on a Tuesday are only bookable by telephone at present. They are also bookable from 8 am.
